Carol has experience providing frontline counseling services in mental health institutions, where she has demonstrated her proficiency in treating mental health conditions, including anxiety, panic disorders, depression. In addition to her work in mental health, she has also worked in the advertising industry and international liaison organizations, where she developed valuable managerial skills over a period of more than five years.

Drawing on her experience in both the business world and management, Carol possesses a deep understanding of the complex workplace dynamics and interpersonal struggles that can lead to psychological stress. She is adept at addressing a wide range of issues that can arise in the workplace, including self-esteem, perfectionism, workplace relationships, interpersonal communication, and life adjustment. Furthermore, Carol is a certified Prepare/Enrich marriage counselor and can provide professional counseling services to couples before and after marriage, as well as help partners and parents navigate their relationships and child-rearing challenges. Carol is a skilled communicator and organizer who possesses a deep sense of empathy and insight. She has a talent for helping her clients clarify their thoughts, identify the root causes of their problems, and find constructive solutions. Additionally, Carol is passionate about art and writing and often incorporates creative approaches into her counseling sessions. She has also volunteered extensively in non-profit organizations, where she has mentored young people and visited Children and Juvenile Home. Carol believes that a non-judgmental and sincere approach is essential to providing effective counseling services.
