If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.<\/h6>\n\n<b>Confidentiality Agreement<\/b>\uff1aAll personal information and counselling session content will be kept strictly confidential unless the client provides consent. However, there are exceptions in the following situations: if the content shared indicates a risk to the safety of the client or others, or if it is required by legal proceedings.\n<b>Appointment Cancellation <\/b>\uff1aOnce an appointment time has been confirmed, please notify us or leave a message at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the full session fee will be charged for late cancellations.\n<b>Counselling Process<\/b>\uff1aSessions are conducted primarily through online video calls and focus on open conversation. The first session aims to understand your concerns and background, provide an initial assessment of your emotional state and situation, and offer a simple analysis along with suggestions to improve your well-being. If we believe your situation would benefit more from other types of support, we will let you know\u2014our goal is to assist everyone as best we can.\n<b>Session Times<\/b>\uff1aPlease be punctual. If the client arrives late, the session time may be adjusted accordingly.\n<b>Counselling Fees<\/b>\uff1aCounselling fees are charged per session. Each session lasts between 50 minutes to one hour and typically takes place once a week, depending on the client\u2019s needs.
